Refund and Returns Policy

At DeepDiamonds.net, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items within 10 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us or visit our store with your item, and we will process your return or refund promptly.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  1. International Shipments: Returns and refunds are not available for international orders.
  2. Special Orders and Custom Designs: Our return policy does not apply to special orders, custom-designed pieces, or any item made to your specifications.
  3. Condition of Merchandise: Items must be returned in the same condition as when received. Any signs of damage or wear may disqualify the return and your item may not be eligible for exchange or refund.
  4. Resized Items: Items resized by any jeweler other than DeepDiamonds.net cannot be returned.
  5. Engraved Items: Engraved rings can be returned, but engraving fees will be deducted from the refund.
  6. Diamond Eternity Bands: These rings cannot be resized. If resizing is required, a new ring will be produced.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I ship my return? A: Yes, you can ship your return by contacting us for a return label, which we will email to you. We recommend using FedEx for returns. Alternatively, you can ship via USPS registered mail, but you will be responsible for insurance through the post office.

Q: What is considered a special order? A: Special orders include any items specifically ordered for you, including customized items, non-stock size items, CAD-designed products, or modifications to existing designs.

Q: What happens if I misplaced my GIA report? A: If you are returning a diamond without the original GIA report, a $200 fee will apply for reordering a replacement report. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What if I resized my ring with DeepDiamonds.net and now want to return it? A: If your ring was resized by DeepDiamonds.net, it is eligible for return or exchange, subject to the exclusions outlined in this policy. Please note that any resizing fees paid are non-refundable.

Our standard shipping time is 5-7 days for all orders. We aim to process and dispatch your order promptly to ensure timely delivery.
